Welcome to our studio in Bowral! I'm Natalie, the Founder, and I'm excited to introduce you to the transformative worlds of Pilates.
My journey with Pilates began during my career as a Ballet Dancer, where it played a crucial role in my daily strength and conditioning regimen. It not only helped me avoid hip surgery but also became a passion that guided me throughout my over 14-year professional dance career around the globe. Upon retiring from ballet, Pilates was always my next calling.
Driven by the desire to share my love for these disciplines, I established this boutique studio ‘Core Pilates Bowral’ as a welcoming space for our community. Here, we blend the strength-building elements of Pilates with the grace and poise of Ballet techniques, offering Reformer, Mat, Wunda Chair, Circuit, and Barre classes, as well as privates..
Under my guidance, we'll focus on sculpting your muscles, improving your posture, and deepening your mind-body connection. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, pushing past limits and celebrating the beauty of movement.

Hello! I’m Mia, a mat Pilates instructor with a focus on women’s health and training.
My journey began with a love for exercise and moving my body, but when I discovered Pilates, I knew it was something special that I wanted to share with others.
In a world full of exercise trends and rules, Pilates became my escape—a way to tune out the noise of what you should and shouldn’t be doing and simply connect with your body and mind on the mat.
My mission is to help you feel empowered, confident, and strong while experiencing this same sense of connection. I believe in a holistic approach to health and want to create a space where you feel supported and never alone on your journey. I’m excited to share this practice with you and to feel the burn together!

Sherrie has dedicated over 30 years to the health, wellness, and fitness industry. She holds nationally accredited qualifications in Pilates Movement Therapy, Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy), and Gym/Fitness Instruction.
In 2005, she founded the first fully equipped studio in the Macarthur area. With a wealth of experience, Sherrie works with a diverse range of clients, guiding them to build a deeper connection with their bodies.
She is passionate about helping people move with agility, ease, and grace, empowering them to function at their best in everyday life.

Hello. I am Rachael, a Pilates instructor with a real passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing. My introduction to the reformer occurred at a pivotal point in my life, and it opened a whole new perspective to my own personal approach to exercise.
During my years as a devoted client to numerous instructors, I gained a huge respect for their work and how they helped me overcome my own challenges with physical and mental health. These amazing people became my friends, my family, and now, my colleagues.
I have always worked in customer service industries, mostly pharmacy and fashion retail, which is where my love for helping people originated. A medicine can help a person overcome a physical illness. A great pair of jeans can boost one’s self esteem, but Pilates can do all this if it’s done correctly. As an instructor, I emphasise on form and want to give all my clients the attention they deserve to achieve their goals. Whether it’s improved fitness, strength, balance or flexibility, my approach to training others is always focused on them, allowing for a full body workout, without discomfort or distraction. A boutique style studio does this with the added element of visual beauty, and the benefit of mind-body connection.
The first time I stepped into Core Pilates in Bowral, I instantly felt at home. It reminded me of the studio I was fortunate enough to train and work in while I was completing my studies to become an instructor. Natalie’s vision and passion for her studio, is one that I respect and understand. Pilates should always be done in a welcoming and calm environment. I feel honoured to be able to bring my knowledge and skills to this beautiful studio and work with members of the Bowral and surrounding communities.

Hi! Im Anna, a mat and reformer Pilates instructor who is passionate about finding the joy in movement.
I originally started taking Pilates classes as a teenager, but really fell in love with the combination of stretching, strength building and low impact exercise when I was pregnant and post-partum with my two children. This turned into studying Pilates while on maternity leave, and continuing to teach since returning to work as an Allied Health professional.
I have a focus on functional movement, and am passionate about both the physical and mental health benefits that Pilates offers. I look forward to welcoming you to a space where you can switch off from everything outside the room, and focus on connecting with your body!
