Welcome to our studio in Bowral! I'm Natalie, the Founder, and I'm excited to introduce you to the transformative worlds of Pilates.
My journey with Pilates began during my career as a Ballet Dancer, where it played a crucial role in my daily strength and conditioning regimen. It not only helped me avoid hip surgery but also became a passion that guided me throughout my over 14-year professional dance career around the globe. Upon retiring from ballet, Pilates was always my next calling.
Driven by the desire to share my love for these disciplines, I established this boutique studio ‘Core Pilates Bowral’ as a welcoming space for our community. Here, we blend the strength-building elements of Pilates with the grace and poise of Ballet techniques, offering Reformer, Mat, Wunda Chair, Circuit, and Barre classes, as well as privates..
Under my guidance, we'll focus on sculpting your muscles, improving your posture, and deepening your mind-body connection. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, pushing past limits and celebrating the beauty of movement.

Hi, I’m Chelsea!
With a 20-year dance background, my teaching style is all about alignment, technique, and helping you move with intention.
Each class is like a choose-your-own-adventure—offering options to suit every body and every level.
With a background in mental health, I see movement as a powerful form of therapy—Pilates is a way to reset, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body.
Oh, and fun fact: I share my life with two very adorable sausage dogs!

Hi all, I’m Sarah, and I became a first-time mum in 2020.
After giving birth, I began my Pilates journey to rebuild strength and support my body after everything it had been through. Along the way, I discovered just how powerful Pilates can be — it offered far more benefits than I could have ever imagined.
I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, and for caring for the body from the inside out. Through Pilates, I found myself in the best shape of my life and felt inspired to share that experience with others — especially new and expecting mothers, and anyone wanting to overcome weakness, build strength, and feel more confident in their movement.
I provide my full attention in every session, tailoring each workout to meet the specific needs of my clients so they can reach their full potential.
My aim is to offer a holistic fitness experience — one that helps you achieve results quickly, while maintaining the strong foundations of Pilates to keep you active, balanced, and injury-free.
